Muscle Max is the first one I bought...just got it yesterday. I have all of the Turbo Jam workouts, including the new ones with the ball, and will use those for my cardio. I also supplement with Pilates 3x per week at night, with the other workouts being done in the AM. Some of Cathe's other workouts look fun to me but I'm finding it hard to stray away from TJ because I really like Chalene and her energy. I just wanted to find a good weight lifting dvd for 2 days per week.
