Barbell Rows...


Thank you so much for the segment on bb rows - those have always posed a problem for my lower back, but I'd "get thru" them anyway. Thnaks to your form pointer I realize my stance was off! THANK YOU!

I can now do them properly, with the correct amt of weight, and comfortably.

I am really liking the whole cathe tv thing - esp. the form pointers!
