I have been reading the posts about the Ivanko barbell, it sounds fantastic.
My question is I currently use a barbell that I bought years ago that is cushioned and has a curve design. It curves around your neck and shoulders. Would I be better off use the Ivanko barbell? Does the bar you use have any impact on getting a better workout? My current one is not the easiest to get the weights on and off. It has a little button that you push in to release and add weights. I just began doing Cathe's tapes. I purchased the PS Series and love it.
