Does anyone know the advantages of using a barbell to work biceps. I notice that when I use the exact same weight with dumbells (taking weight of barbell into consideration) I can do more reps easily. With the barbell my wrists and arms are killing me- even with an EZ curl bar. Does it work the biceps differently? I was able to use the barbell last time I did GS BSB and was realllllly sore the next day - in a good way. Just wondering if the barbell is more advanced? Thanks anyone for you input...
