Band length in Hardcore . . .?

Hello!

Can somebody please tell me the length of the Dynaband Cathe uses in the Hardcore series? Also, I've noticed there are various different lengths available. Does the resistance increase with a band that is shorter or longer in length?

Hi Faiza,
The band length is 6 foot. The resistance increases by how far down you hold the band. They do come in diferent strengths as well. For Dynaband brand it is pink light,green medium, purple heavy,silver extra heavy.

I ordered mine at fwonline. Jess mentioned that she bought her 6 foot at Academy Sports. So I guess you might find them at a sporting goods store.

I got a 6 foot pink one and a 6 foot green one from fwonline dot com. My total was only $10.90 including shipping, and they came within a few days.
