BAM... MyChelle?

I was in Whole Foods the other day trying to decide on which MyChelle product to purchase. They didn't have any sampler packages except for a traveling kit. The manager? owner? gave me some samples (Fruit Enzyme Cleanser, Fruit Enzyme Scrub, Fabulous Eye Cream, Pumpkin Renew Cream, and Tropical Skin Smoother) and product information since I couldn't make up my mind. I tried the Tropical Skin Smoother. You are so right! The results were CRAZY immediate on the fine lines on my forehead!!!

The Fruit Enzyme Cleanser made my skin feel dry. But, it didn't make my skin look dry, just firm. Weird. Maybe, I needed to use the mist afterwards since they state on their site that their cleansers need to be followed up with a toner (mist) since they state that an effective cleanser should not be ph balanced. I broke down and bought the Supreme Polypeptide Cream and NOTOX Anti-Wrinkle Serum. Are you still using the MyChelle products? Have you noticed any changes in your skin? Did you try the The Perfect C Serum and Fruit Enzyme Mist?

Thanks for the recommendation!

Hi Wendy! I'm so glad you like the products! Aren't the immediate results the most amazing thing ever? :) I've been away for a few days. I had a death in the family and I just saw your message. I'd LOVE to share my thoughts with you on their products but I may need a day or two since I have to get caught up on things. I can say that I do agree about the Fruit Enzyme Cleanser. I have normal to dry skin and for me, it was too drying. I so wish you could have found the sampler pack but perhaps you can get samples of some of their other products. What type of skin do you have? I have the Perfect C Serum and have tried the others that you mentioned. I'll post more details as soon as I can. In the meantime, enjoy your new skin! :)

I'm sorry to hear about the death in your family. Thanks for getting back to me so soon since your return home! I can't believe you actually found this thread. I thought it'd be buried in page 10 by now!:+

I think the MyChelle products are working great so far. Today, my gf and I went to pampering event sponsored by a local radio station. The makeup artist for Nordstroms put primer and foundation on half of my face. There was NO DIFFERENCE between the two sides of my face!!! She attributed it to my healthy skin.:) Granted, my skin always looked good for my age, but I think it looks better since I started using MyChelle.

I always thought my skin was combination. Dry on occasions, oily on others. I like how my skin looks after using the Fruit Enzyme Cleaner and Scrub, followed by the Pumpkin Renew Cream, but it feels dry. I love how my face feels after using the Supreme Polypeptide, but it looks a tad bit oily. Nothing that a dusting of translucent powder can't remedy though. I'm wondering if I shouldn't use the Apple series or the Dry/Mature series considering that I am almost 39, and I've been bad about using a facial sunscreen over the years. I think the lack of sunscreen is the major contributor to the fine lines on my forehead. I don't have deep lines on my face... yet.

Anyhow, any thoughts are greatly appreciated when you get settled. I'm leaning towards buying the Perfect C serum and one of the toning mists. But, I haven't decided which cleanser to get.

Hi Wendy. Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back to you. How is your skin doing up to now? I have to tell you a quick story. I've seen the improvement in my skin very quickly. What's been interesting is that I truly thought SOMEONE would have noticed but no one has said a thing. Last week at the wake, a person I hadn't seen in 10 or more years says to me "Wow, you look the same. Look at your skin!" I thought, boy, he's trying to make some major points, lol. Tonight I was at dinner with a friend who said that I will probably get carded when I order my drink. Puh-leeeeeeeeeeeeeze, there's not THAT much of a difference but he was serious. :) Then I went to get gas and the cashier says to the person he's on the phone with, "An angel just walked in" and then he went on and on. Puh-leeeeeeeeeze, I was old enough to be his mother :p but did I not walk out of there with a HUGE smile on my face? Hell yeah! :7 O.K. 'nuf of that. Let's get down to business! :)

I think we have a little different skin types. Mine tends to be more dry and flakes with the Fruit Enzyme products. I wasn't too fond of the Pumpkin Renew Cream. I like the feeling of more moisture because of the tendency of dryness. Since summer is approaching, I decided not to buy the Fruit Enzyme mist. I will try that in the fall/winter time when the air gets dry. Right now at night, I am using the Revitalizing Night Cream, which I like, and am using the Sun Shield SPF 28 during the day. I'll tell ya, that stuff is great! My skin is protected and it makes it look fabulous! I purchased the Supreme Polypeptide cream but used the trial size which I liked but want to finish up what I'm currently using. I also like the Deep Repair Cream but it may be too greasy for your skin although mine soaks it up and looks good in the morning. I can definitely recommend the Perfect C Serum. My skin looks so nice after I put it on. I also REALLY like the Fruit Fiesta Peel. It doesn't dry my skin and it looks great afterwards. I'm still playing around with cleansers so I can't say what I like yet in that area. I'm using Beauty Without Cruelty face cleanser along with some of the MyChelle ones. I think for me, alternating works best. May I suggest that you call up MyChelle and speak with one of their consultants about your skin type and see what they suggest. Also, if you can't find another store that sells the trial kit, see how much MyChelle will charge you. That kit is REALLY the way to go initially. You can get a good idea of what your skin likes and doesn't from it.

Please feel free to ask me anymore questions and I'd love to hear how you're doing with the products. It's fun sharing info on this! Happy skin renewal!
