Balance workout

I am totally for intense workouts and all that, but something I continually feel needs work is my balance. And just working out everyday with weights or cardio, doesn't seem to specifically address the balance that I, and I think others lack, specifically as we get older. Just the other day, a much older friend of mine sprained her ankle because she lost her balance.

If anyone could do a great balance workout it would be Cathe. That is, a dvd that is specifically geared to increase and challenge balance.

What do you think?
 
I also love balance focused workouts too. Cathe works on balance, legs and kicks in a couple of her DVD's (small segments) but I agree - a DVD with this focus could be interesting.
