balance ball workouts

hi all. does anyone here know of any good balance ball workouts? i ordered karen voight but it was pretty short and kind of disappointing. i am open to suggestions. thanks for your help. i realize this may be on the wrong forum but i am still computer illiterate. thanks again

I have found half hour workouts on the Discovery Health Channel. I have taped the upper, lower, and abs workouts. Check out http://health.discovery.com/schedule/search.jsp?channel=DHC&srchtxt=balance+ball&go.x=9&go.y=13

You can search occassionally and tape the segement you want or try it out. They also sell these videos. Suzanne Deason is a good Balance Ball, Yoga, an Pilates instructor.

Spri 6 pack

Hi,
If you check out a Marshall's or TJMax in your area, they might have the Spri 6 pack. It includes 6 different ball workouts everything from strecthing to yoga, pilates and total body workouts for $30. I got one but haven't used them yet. I've heard good reviews at VF on them though and for $5.00 per video you can't really go wrong.
