I'm sure a search at Amazon can give you some book titles (search "sugar-free baking").
Also, you can use your regular sugar recipes and substitute with date sugar (just dried, powdered dates) for recipes where the flavor would either be hidden, or add to the flavor of the food. NOT angel food cake, for example, which has very little else to disguise the date flavor, but things like gingerbread, carrot cake, etc.)
