Hi TLC93.,

The set is downtown Los Angeles in the late evening.

It’s strange to see the scenery in the video clips. I grew up in L.A. and I used to work downtown. When I see the clips, I can almost hear the city sounds in the background and I remember getting amped up to hike to the paid parking structure up the street.from my building. The only thing missing in the scenery is helicopters taking off and landing. Most of the tall buildings were required to have a heli-pad until recently.

I've liked all of the backgrounds, even the one with no background like the windows were frosted. Of course, having one of home is nice.

Thanks Teals! It will be nice for you to work out in familiar surroundings! Its funny how the background and/or set can create a "mood" for working out. I suppose it goes along with music too....setting the stage for sweat!
