Back to X train Rotation after a week of the flu

Hi I started the 3 month xtrain rotation at the beginning of the month and missed week 4 due to the flu. I'm expecting to get back on "track" on Sunday. Should I start back where I left off or just move on to week 1 of the 2nd month.

Should you go back full force or do you have to ease into working out and if so how do you ease back in? Any advice/suggestions/wisdom on the matter.
