Hi everyone! Got back from my cruise and just wanted everyone to know my fretting was all for nothing! I ended up gaining not a single pound considering my eating (and DRINKING) was excessive! I didnt even workout much....did the stair stepper once, and had 3 active shore excursions. OTherwise my butt was on a lounge chair by the pool. Anyway, we had a great time (gotta do that again next year!). It is good to be home and in my "routine" though. Getting serious about losing tthese last 10 lbs (doing the Weightwatchers thing). Got my workout routine all planned out:
Mon- MIS, running 1 hr
Tues - running or step 1 hr, power yoga
Wed - PowerHour, step/kickbox
Thurs - spinning, yoga
Fri - MIS, maybe cardio if I feel like it.
Weekends off!
