Back from Hawaii

Hello Everyone! I got back from 8 days in Hawaii yesterday and had the best time in Oahu (Waikiki and Honolulu). I even got together with Gilad from Bodies in Motion for a few hours one day and took in some sights. Fun Stuff!

But now I have to get back on track and "HIIT" it hard again. Started my morning with a killer step workout and will hit the weight room in about an hour.

What was your workout today? :)
 
I am just green with envy :D , I mean next to you of course, Gilad's my hero!

Only 8 days? It felt like so much longer! You were missed, but I'm glad you had a wonderful vacation!

Today was a nice short 20 mile bike ride for me and my DH!
 
Too cute Linda! Gilad is very nice (very fit and handsome too). I first met him over 20 years ago but more recently we keep in touch from being on Fit TV together.

Great job on Low Max. A toughy for sure!

Welcome back, Cathe! Glad you had a great vacation. How cool that you got to hang with Gilad!!

Today was an easy exercise day for me. Yoga in the AM and a long walk in PM.
 
Hi Lisa! I did a few short 20 minute workouts with weights and left the cardio for all the walking we did each day.

The original Bootcamp is a butt kicker...way to go!

Later today I plan on doing Step Blast, all of your workouts are tough for me but fun. I lovethe 80s music it really keeps me going in addition to your encouraging words.

I went for a long interval jog with hills this morning, starting tomorrow its a week of 4DS.

Did you go scuba diving? Did you get to take a Hula dance class? I took polynesian dance for five years and it was a lot of fun.

I didn't have time for Scuba Diving, rats! But I went to the Polynesian Cultural Center for a whole day and saw numerous Polynesian dances. Wow, those dances are beautiful. I didn't take lessons though since I already had tickets to see scheduled shows.

I bet you are a great dancer with 5 years under your belt. How fun!

Welcome back Cathe! I've been to Hawaii once and it was so beautiful. My workout today was LIC, one of my all-time favorites! I just love the songs you picked in this workout.

Glad you had a fun trip. Was MMA KB for me today, which officially wrapped up this trip thru STS :):):):):) I start training for my 1st half marathon on Tues :eek: So my main cardio for the next while will be running, but I'll still be lifting and stretching w/ you.

Welcome back Cathe! Glad you had lots of fun in Hawaii! Very cool that you got to hang out with Gilad!! Today I went for a nice 45 min run! Still have to work my abs;)
 
Hi Cathe. Hawaii is gorgeous! Nice to hear that you had a great time. That would be so cool to meet up with Gilad. Welcome Back!:) I'm off to do one of the Hiit workouts this morning. I'm thinking of doing a modified 40/20. Love your Hiit workouts! Also might do STS#16 later on in the evening. I'm getting great results with both Shock cardio and STS so Thankyou for making them. shilo

Welcome Back Cathe! You were missed. Sounds like you had a wonderful time and how fun that you got to meet with Gilad! He's so lucky to live in that beautiful state! Can't wait to see you soon! :eek:

Came back to say that we are going on a bike ride today and I am hoping to do an STS squat rack workout before. Then, off to see our 3 Gkids!!! They just got home from vacation in Cape May late last night. Miss those sweaty lil' heads and big hugs! :D
