Hello Everyone! I got back from 8 days in Hawaii yesterday and had the best time in Oahu (Waikiki and Honolulu). I even got together with Gilad from Bodies in Motion for a few hours one day and took in some sights. Fun Stuff!
But now I have to get back on track and "HIIT" it hard again. Started my morning with a killer step workout and will hit the weight room in about an hour.
