I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why whenever I arch back even slightly and especially if I round over the ball on my back I find it excrutiating. This has never happened before and my training hasn't really changed. I have pretty lose hamstrings so I don't understand. Could I have overworked my abs as I work them alot. My back is fine normally only when I arch back.
