I suppose mine could not be categorized as baby weight, as my son Dante is now 9 months. However, I am finding it more difficult to find the time to workout due to his fluctuating schedule. I lost all my weight right away due to breast-feeding- it was amazing! But now that I've stopped and since I've fallen out of the intense training regime that I was in before I was pregnant, it seems that weight is slowly introducing itself to my body(every part of it!). I bought the ctx series hoping that it would save me time, but I am apprehesive to try it as I'm not used to doing only one body part a week. I usually do total body twice a week, and cardio 3-4 times(whenever time permits, I work 32 hours a week at Costco). Will I see results in both weight loss and toning by doing the series rotation? Please say yes, or maybe you could suggest something else. Have you ever done rebounding? You have the most amazing body ad are inspiring, especially since having your son.
