Hi there:

Is anybody seeing the results yet from this workout?

I've been doing it now for about 6 weeks (1x/week) and I swear my butt looks higher and less wide already! Quite a feat since I haven't really been eating consistently clean since Thanksgiving.

I'm never one to see results very quickly, but I have to say that since I've incorporated B&G into my weekly routine I do think my 'B' has firmed up some. I'm partial to the 'leg blast' premix followed by stability ball abs. Those two together fits nicely into an hour.

I haven't taken measurements to know for sure but I have been noticing a certain looseness in my jeans that I didn't have before.:D
 
I have noticed a difference! Now when I do the football drills in DM, I don't "jiggle" !!:)

You know, I'm embarassed to say I have this and have yet to try it? Oh my gosh, I need to bust this one out. Sounds great.

I'm thinkin' I gotta do this one maybe on Friday as I already worked lower body today.

OK, I guess I'm another one who has to start using this one regularly. I think I've only done it once. I'm always afraid to work my lower half, fearing more muscle will only make it larger.
 
Yes, I've used it more than once and seen results too!! At work, they tell me my stomach has gotten a lot flatter. : ) : )
 
Damn!! Oops - darn!! I have done this tape a couple of times and have not been sore at all... even when I used my workout bra as the elastic for firewalkers!! And I thought that would be the majic bullet! But, not to hijack this thread, I really have noticed that doing more of the new circuit or interval workouts (Drill Max, Low Impact Circuit, Boot Camp) and the Jari Love Ripped have had a positive effect, for sure. I'm becoming a little wary of heavy weights.. (Except for legs - they are magic for my legs, just magic). I just seem to get terrific results from the lower weights, higher reps training. Add the occasional pure cardio, like Turbo Jam and watch out! I got so darn sore the other day after doing Turbo Jam. Wow. :eek:
