Hi Nancy and Ladies!!

Things have been so crazy and I haven't been on the forum as much as I'd like in the past few weeks. It's hard to catch up when you've been busy, isn't it? I know all of you can relate to that...haha.

I just saw the thread about the board awards. Thanks for the vote of confidence on my personal training advice, Nancy!! Just want you to know that considering the expertise on this board, I consider that a truly great compliment. So thank you!!!

I loved Shelley's awards post. It was such a cute idea. Glad you saw it!

Among other things, you made me feel so much better when you explained that those body fat reader machines HAD to be off and that my body fat couldn't be that high! It made my year.

I agree with you...it was a great thread and a great idea.

Oh my goodness, Nancy, I just COULD NOT let you go on believing that outrageous and inaccurate body fat reading!!! It was just soooo wrong...haha.
