Avoiding overdeveloped Trapezius

Hi Cathe: Love your videos, from a former gym rat with tooooo many little ones to get to the gym anymore!

My question is, lately I feel like my trapezius is getting a little big. I don't like the look...although it MAY be because I have a very narrow frame and it is just sort of an optical illusion. Maybe genetics. Any tips on what I can modify/change while working my upper body that WON'T work my trapezius too much? Often after working upper body (shoulders and back) I "feel it" in my trapezius, it gets very tight..I am avoiding shrugs. Any form tips, might I be doing something wrong?

I am using PS and S&H, also MIS.
