Avoiding Bootcamp

I would love to try Bootcamp, but have avoided purchasing it because it appears to have so many high impact moves. I had bad kness and can't do high impact. I'm wondering if the moves are such that they could be modified for low impact and if so, would I still get a killer workout? Any input would be appreciated.
 
Just did this one today, and there are some high impact moves, but all of them can be easily modified. This one grows on you, get it!
 
I do all the high impact on a rebounder. Purchasing a rebounder has made all of the high impact moves in Cathe's workouts doable.
 
I love this workout...get it and just modify or jog in place during the high impact moves. Some of the moves, while high impact, aren't that hard to do (I have bad knees).
 
Bootcamp is super fun, and like Cathe says at the beginning, you can do anything for a minute! Time flies.

This means that at worst there is 8 minutes of high impact moves in the workout, since there are 8 cycles each with a minute of cardio, upper, lower, and abs.

I think you can certainly reduce the impact for yourself. Think about it- right now you're missing out on all those minutes of other good stuff!! ;)

I agree with everyone. This is a fun workout. The cardio moves are simply to get your heart rate up for a minute. You could do any moves that will do that. And not all of the moves from BC are high impact. If you have low max - maybe substitute some of the blasts from there.
