Avatar pics

Hi! I've noticed that quite a few of you have put up your pics with Cathe and yourselves as your avatar. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I am not too swift with the computer!!!! Thanks, Nancy J.~~

Well...all you have to do is going to any website that have codes for pictures or animations (if you google 'myspace picture codes') you'll get all kinds of stuff! It's really fun!

Then what you have to do is click on the link the says 'user menu' on the top of your cathe window and then...copy the link from the other website to the area in the user menu (with is under update user profile, I believe) but!...there is a certain part of the code that you have to put in that section...I'll post another comment here in a minute!...b right back!...

Okay...I' back. So..the beginning of your 'avatar' pic or animation has to start with the 'http:/' and end with the '.gif' section but with all the other stuff in between so it knows what part of the code to read!...the other stuff that is not in between but is on the outside of the beginning and end needs to be erased...

It's actually a little complicated the fancier avatar image you get...I hope I helped...if you're confused on any of it...let me know and I'll try to clarify or help out ok? Have fuN!
