August Rotation, Friday 8-26-05

Good morning to all who follow here,

I am splitting up the end portion of this rotation to help fill in the end of the month before Cathe posts a new rotation, also because I don't have alot of time in the mornings!

Today I did Step Aerobics ( G-Force Superstep ) in place of a 3 mile run, and Coremax Tough Core premix.
Tomorrow I will do GS legs in its entirety and ab hits.
Sunday will be aerobics and abs.
Monday will be GS TC and aerobics.
Tuesday will be GS BSB and abs.

At least that is how I have it figured out for now!

Hi, Conni. Your plan looks good for the rest of the month. I am planning on finishing it out tomorrow as scheduled, and finishing August with some step aerobics and the Pyramids.

This morning I had a GREAT workout. I did the Gym Style Legs followed by the 3 mile run on the treadmill (and a quick one, for me at least). Then, since I've been concentrating on push ups over the last month and since today was my push up day, I added on Gym Style Chest.

I have found with this month's rotation, that I have been able to increase ALL of my weights for weight work. I LOVE IT!

Happy Friday everyone:),

Conni, that's a great idea. I need to put something together for the remaining days. As for today, I woke up late and didn't have much time. I did the standing leg work and stretch of GS legs. That put me over 40 minutes, I initially thought I could finish the standing portion in about 25 minutes. GS Legs is a great workout but it is long and tough and you just want it to be over:)! My legs got quite a burn. Then, I did the 3 mile run, well actually for me it was 3.26 miles including my cool down. My running time has improved greatly with this rotation. I completed 3 miles in about 33 min and 20 sec, which is my new personsal best. I may or may not do the floorwork section tonight or maybe I will add it on to tomorrow's workout.
