August Rotation Checkin

Hi Gals!
I just thought it would be nice to start a new thread for the rotation checkin.
August being legs (my least favorite to work) I know I may need a bit of motivation down the line!
So, who's in & who's checkin' in? :p
I just finished Day 3 w/my 20 minute run. Let me tell you, I was actually one of the first to ask about a substitute for running, but I am finding it very theraputic & I have been pleasantly surprised by my endurance.
Now, it's those lunges that I'm dreading :)

We have a lower body/ August rotation check in going on in the Open Forum if you would like to join us..

I am really enjoying this rotation so far...

See you there (in Open Forum, that is)! I'll be starting Day One today--I finished July's rotation on Tuesday, took a rest day and then did two other more moderate workouts Thursday & Friday to prepare for Legs & Glutes and cardio today.

Will let you know how it goes...but first, to wake up! :D
