August Rotation Checkin - Monday 08/29

GOod morning. I know that a bunch of you are already done, but I wanted to start this morning because I konw others have not finished just yet.

I finished this rotation out yesterday with the Gym Style upper body workouts! TOUGH and I am very sore today! LOVING IT!

I've gotta tell you ladies, that I am sad this rotation has come to an end. I am hoping for something equally as challenging for September, and I am planning on using Cathe's 5am Fitness Fiesta and other mish-mosh workouts in the future.

My ultimate result from this rotation, besides loss of a few pounds and an inch here or there, is in my push ups. Before this rotation, I could barely pump out 3 push ups on my toes. SIT DOWN FOR THIS. NOW...after this rotation, I am able to do a whole bunch! LOL. Seriously...I am able to do all 72 push ups from Gym Style Chest on my toes, and I've even done 80 (8 sets of 10) in one workout. My chest has been re-defined (if that's a word) and the definition in my shoulders has come full circle.

THANKS to all of you for checking in each day with each other. The motivation has been WONDERFUL!

I have two more days. With work and school, I have to split it up, plus I decided not to run, but walk the 3 miles. Anyone who says that walking 3 miles and running 3 miles burns the same amount of calories is wrong. I burned 200 calories, and I know running it would have been much more. I will do GS legs after work.

I am curious what she will give us for September. If I don't like it, I may do the April 05 rotation which was for strength.
 
I have a question for the August rotation ladies. When Cathe says "high intensity drills from KickMax" what does she mean? Is it the leg drills, the blast or the combos?
