Good morning ladies! Just getting us started. I did B&G last night and I'm sure I'm going to be feeling it later. My eating improved yesterday until DH made us pizza for dinner. Hope you are all having a good hump day!
I am having a rather sleepy morning, but soon I need to get changed into my workout clothes and do KPC. At least it's one of my favorite workouts, so that should help motivate me.
Hey ladies. Did B&G leg blast this morning. Now I am off to take the neice and nephew to the movies. Hopefully I will do some cardio and chinups later.
Today I'm doing one of my kettlebell workouts, which is always fun. It's the last day of the rotation I've been doing, so I have to finish putting my new rotation together.
