Good morning Ladies,
I walked on Sunday for 2 miles, Monday I ran 3.6 miles and did wt training with shoulders, then Tuesday I ran 3.6 miles! I still get alittle sore through my pelvic area, but I'm enjoying the runs.
I'm also looking at the Sept. rotation. I was going to do one body part/day, but I may follow the rotation and wait til next month to do a slow and heavy. Keep up the good work ladies! I'm going to do biceps/triceps tonight.
