Hello,

I did IMAX2 and C&W abs this morning. Woof - I was sweatin' bullets, let me tell 'ya. Tomorrow is Boot Camp and (hooray) a lunchtime run. I have been eating cleanly this week and am hoping the scale will cut me a break on Sunday when I weigh in. On Friday, I'm heading to WW to see what they can do for me.

Anybody know a good lipo doctor? ;) (just kidding - I'll work it off the old fashioned way.)

Good Morning Ladies,

This morning I did muscle endurance-just wasn't up for cardio this morning. Did run 7 miles yesterday at lunch though. I may be doing Imax 2 or MIC tomorrow. Just checked out the Sept. Rotation-anyone interested in this rotation?

I did HSTA yesterday and today is a run and abs.

Hi Ladies,

I wasn’t able to report in the last few days or so. I was off work and to too many things to do. Last night workout was only a 5 mile speed walk & PS floorwork.

Tonight, MIS Abs, Legs & Glutes & 30 min jog, September rotation does look pretty good. Lots to do at work, ttys ;o)

Hi Ladies,

I forgot to tell you ladies I bought some Blue Bunny Bunny tracks ice cream made with splenda. It was soo good!!! Has anyone else tried it?

I was looking over the Sept rotation again and I think I will start it this coming Monday the 6th of Sept.

Morning Girls,

I slept in this morning. Instead of the planned Boot Camp I did the cardio conditioning from KPC. That workout is really tough. I am finally going to get to run at lunchtime. Tomorrow I'll set my alarm and do Boot Camp.

I received my CTX series and Cardio Max/Cardio Kicks dvds yesterday. Can't wait to dig in. I think I will use them in a modified version of the Sept. rotation.

Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down a pound to 118. 4 more to go. It is a lot less humid today, so I'm guessing that it might be water weight. x(

Good morning Ladies,
I walked on Sunday for 2 miles, Monday I ran 3.6 miles and did wt training with shoulders, then Tuesday I ran 3.6 miles! I still get alittle sore through my pelvic area, but I'm enjoying the runs.
I'm also looking at the Sept. rotation. I was going to do one body part/day, but I may follow the rotation and wait til next month to do a slow and heavy. Keep up the good work ladies! I'm going to do biceps/triceps tonight.

Hi Ladies,

This morning was IMAX 2 and maybe a run or cardio at the rec ctr. I'm thinking of doing HSTA tomorrow since I've only done it once before-kicked my butt too. Those one arm/straight leg dips, and the tricep pushups-had to do some of those on floor as opposed to the step. So I need to work on this one some more.

Hi Beverly-you haven't checked in for a few days. Glad you're back. I would also like to join in the check in for the September rotation. Will need to modify some of the longer workouts since I only have an hour before work, and an hour at lunch to workout. Will do the longer ones on the weekends. Sounds great to start on the 6th.

It's my birthday today, started out great with a protein shake this morning, then lo and behold one of my coworkers brought in cinnamon rolls-of course I had one. So much for the no sugar thing today. How is this going for your Teddygirl. This is really hard for me.

Great job on the wt. loss shopgirl-keep up the good work.

Happy Birthday Diana. Don't worry about that cinnamon roll. One sweet isn't going to blow you up to the next dress size.

I hear you on only having an hour at a time to workout. Would love to have more instead of doing two-a-day. Just finished my second workout of the day, interval running on the treadmill. I did 2 miles in 18 min at treadmill speed intervals of 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 and 7.5. I don't know if this is poor or good, but I was gasping and sweating like some cow in labor at the end of it. ;-)

Not much of a treadmill runner myself-prefer to run outside when it's not too hot, 88 today UGH!!! Sounds like you were working hard to me.

I can't wait to get off work to run....

I took it easy for a couple days. I am running 40 + miles a week. I decided to lighten up for a couple days.
