August/ LB rotation week 4

Hello everyone week 4 starts today and after looking the week over, I've decided to modify in a way that gives a day in between the two upper body days, I've also responded to a post reguarding this topic on the rotations forum.

MY Week 4:

Mon...Circuit Max (time restricted therefore no body max)
Tue...Leaner Legs
Wed...PUB plus 30"cardio
Thur...CTX cardio choice plus PLB Stab ball only
Fri...CTX casrdio choice plus 10" abs
Sat... Leaner Legs plus PLB stab ball only
Sun.. off

* For MIC last week I did a treadmill running workout that was tough for me. I am incroporating more running for the cardios to change things up for my system.

* When the rotation is finished, it would be interesting to have a post about everyones results.

*Also, perhaps the September rotation will be of interest enough to create another check-in group. Only time will tell...

Happy Monday,

I hope you guys had a great weekend, because I did, it was very pleasant and enjoyable, kicked it with sis. I started my week with a bang. Saturday, speed walk 21 laps, Sunday, Legs & Glutes and MIS abs. Tonight, MIS Abs, Cardio Kicks, MIS, chest, bi’s & tri’s.

It’s countdown time, I have 4 weeks till me BD party. My goal is to lose 4/5 lbs and a few inches. I know I can do. I’m going to do WW program, if I stay focus (no sweets) and stay within my point range, my weight will drop.

I stepped on the scale this morning and boy was I surprise, I haven’t seem numbers that low in a longggg time. So its’ on.

Judy, Your rotation looks fine. Well, I better get to work, ttys.

Awesome Teddygirl - wish I were getting the same results.

After 3 weeks on this rotation and not seeing great results, I am altering it a bit and adding more cardio. My legs are solid, but the fat just isn't moving. Am planning on joing WW next week once the kids are back in school. Who would have thought 5 pounds would be so hard to unload? But I've been at it off and on for almost a year and can't seem to do it. Hoping the shock of more circuit-like training and WW will do the trick.

I love Cathe's workouts and my upper body is more defined than it's ever been, but honestly, I had better results with the Firm and Tae Bo.

Hi Judy ..well I guess I will join you here as our old checkin thread is just about dead LOL
I like this rotation enough that I may do it for Sept too unless Cathe gives us another goodie. I'm doing BodyMax in it's entirety , will probably do PUB pyramid down premix tommorrow.

I'm doing the WW online Flex plan for a year now and have had fantastic results following WW and doing Cathe workouts. If you can try it . Plus they now have 2 different plans to choose from ; the Flex Plan and the new Core Plan. Me I'm staying with Flex as I've had wonderful results with it. :)
 
Good Morning Everyone,
Had a good weekend here to.We had a friend come to visit that we hadn't seen in 3 yrs.We also had a couple of drinks saturday night and some naugthy food:9 But I went for a long run on Saturday so I didn't feel as bad.I didn't do any form of exercise yesterday.I just relaxed.
Today is only week 3 for me.I wore white jeans on Saturday night and I thought my legs would look bigger in the jeans then what they did (given it was white pants)but they looked o.k....so I am wondering if I can credit any of that to the rotation.
Today I did 1/2 Imax2,L&G and PUB Abs.It was a good workout but I wish I had more time for cardio.
Anyway,I may check back later.

Hi Ladies,

It sounds like everyone is doing pretty well! Good job on the weight loss Teddygirl!

I have lost just over a pound on this rotation. I have also lost a quarter inch in each thigh. 1/2 inch in waist. I am slowly getting where I want to be. I did the first 2 week of the rotation and last week I did not follow the rotation. To much going on.I am back on track this week and doing week three.. I may need to rearrange some of the workouts to fit my schedule. I am doing more cardio than on the rotation also. I did a 10.2 mile run yesterday and plan on L&G tonight or HSTA which is a replacement for Thursdays workout of CTX upper body and Body Fusion.

Shopgirl, you can do it ;o) And, if you are joining WW you will lose those last 5 lbs. What WW taught me was portion control I was eating to too much.

Bev, 10.2 miles you go girlfriend. I really admire you for your dedication and hard work, Nice work! And Congrats to you to ;o)

Lori, Keep up the good work. And you are probably right, the Aug rotation is awesome. Work them legs.

GoodMorning Ladies,

Sounds like we are all back on track which is good. My legs are definitely much firmer and tighter-even though not any smaller. I did MIC Saturday and BodyMax on Sunday. Today is my rest day since swapping things around a bit. However, I may try to go for 5-6 mile run this afternoon.

For those of you looking to drop a few pounds I would also recommend weight watchers. I have had success following their program. Portion control is my downfall and ww has taught me a lot about this.

I'm thinking of doing the double header w/o-from June I think. Won't decide for sure until I see the September rotation though.

Well, got on the scale Saturday and dropped three pounds. Another three and I'll be very happy. Energy level is right up there.

On Saturday I did Circuit Max and 100 walking lunges and abs from SS. Sunday I did a mish mosh of ME legs and SS leg lower body blast (only one time through). THis morning was KP&C and KP&C abs. Tomorrow will be PUB and more abs.

Sounds like everybody is doing great!
 
Thanks for checkin in everyone. :) I had a thought that perhaps 4 weeks may not be enough time for some of us to get noticeable results from a rotation of this nature. Maybe continuing it for 2-4 more weeks might help.

Is anyone familiar with the lower body solution and what they recommend?

Of course the WW plan for those who need to drop weight and get on a healthy eating routine will help too.

FYI: I am a lifetime WW member. The biggest three lessons I learned from WW are 1.portion control 2.portion control and 3.portion control
