Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday August 8, 2024 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Glute Camp“ LIVE! Get ready to burn some booty in this high rep, barre-based, lower body workout! In this routine you’ll perform many different glute focused exercises, some of which will be intensified with the use of firewalker and fabric loops! Hold onto your butt because you’re going to lose it halfway through the workout.

Equipment Needed:

A fit tower or chair with a high back

A set of 15 pound handweights

A medium tension (green) Boss Fabric Loop

A light tension (pink) Firewalker Elastic Loop

A fitness mat
