Hi Everyone! This month we are going to get in shape with a variety of workouts. You’ll see a theme each week. First week is a circuit format, the second week is cardio/muscle mix, the third week is your MAX week, and the fourth week is your “longer-shorter workouts” week. This variety will shock, shape, and “work work” your muscles into a lean mean fighting machine. Eat clean, drink large amounts of water and sleep 8 hours a night to take this rotation to an even higher level of fitness!!!


Week One:

Mon... Step Jump and Pump

Tues.... Butts and Guts

Wed....Kick Punch and Crunch

Thurs.... High Step Training

Fri.... Cardio Core Circuit

Sat..... Body Max 2

Sun.....OFF



Week Two:

Mon... Boot Camp Original

Tues.... Step Jam

Wed.... Supersets

Thurs.... 4DS Kickbox (in its entirety w/legs and Abs)

Fri.... Slide and Glide

Sat.... Muscle Endurance

Sun..... OFF




Week Three:

Mon... Low Max

Tues.... Kick Max

Wed.... Muscle Max

Thurs.... Power Max

Fri.... Body Max

Sat..... Imax 2

Sun.....OFF



Week Four:

Mon... Total Body Trisets

Tues.... All Out Low Impact Hiit

Wed.... Hard Strikes

Thurs....Crossfire

Fri.... XTRAIN: Cardio Leg Blast

Sat..... Turbo Barre

Sun.....OFF
 
I'm looking forward to "Max" week. I love all these workouts--some I haven't done in a long time. This will be FUN!
 
Question on total body trisets

Are we to do a premix total body workout in this rotation?

I am really enjoying this rotation.
 
Hello,

If anyone has done this rotation what is the workout for Total Body Trisets? Is it the whole DVD or just upper or lower or is it a premix?
