Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday August 15th , 2019 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Upper Body Ball-tastic” LIVE.

Focusing on all of the upper body muscles, get ready to challenge your upper body with a stability ball and a variety of hand weights. You’ll do lots of exercises for your biceps, shoulders, back, triceps, chest and core. Since the ball adds a stability challenge you might initially find yourself selecting a lighter weight (on certain exercises) than you typically would use for an upper body workout. Let’s Do This!

Equipment Needed:

A set of 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 pound hand weights

A stability ball

A fitness mat


I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed working out to your Live Total Body Stability Ball workout 248 this morning. The format, exercises and sequences were so much fun, I cannot wait to workout to “Upper Body Ball-tastic” LIVE with you tomorrow :)

I find stability ball workouts especially engaging, both physically and mentally. Also, working out with you and your class in Live gives me incredible energy and enthusiasm, they're so invigorating! I can't tell you how grateful I am you provide the service.
