Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday August 13, 2020 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Push Pull Total Body: Heavy Weight” LIVE!!! It’s time to “push” your limits and “pull” your weight with this time efficient heavier weight workout. We’ll be working opposing muscle groups throughout the workout so that one muscle group can rest while the other one “work works”. You don’t have to go to your max weight but definitely pick up a weight that challenges you somewhere in the 12 rep range per exercise. This workout isn’t too long so get in and get busy! Equipment Needed:
A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using between 10 lb and 40 lb weights)
A full sized step with three or four risers under each side
A fitness mat
