Today I have a jam packed day. I am up and moving around trying to get my "thang" out of the way before the busy day begins. Today is Chest and Tris (premix timesaver) and slap in a little premix Cardio only BodyMax2! Then....it's school supply shopping, uniforms, back packs, lunchboxes.. Sigh....I may just accidently toss in a cute outfit or two for myself!!

I woke up late and we have a zoo trip planned today, so I don't think I will get my WO in until this evening. It will be some sort of step, probably a BM2 premix.

Good morning Iris, Jtlane, Becca and all that follow.

I am having a slow start to my day no work out yet but the family and I will be going for bike ride. We were inspired by the PMC. That is the Pan Mass Challenge a 192 mile bike ride that raises $$$ for cancer research etc. My DH and sons go early to see the riders. One of the riders work with my DH. One day we would like to take part in that. But right now we just make a donation.

Hey Everyone!

I'm changing up my WO a bit today to add in some cardio. (I stress ate last night... bad night). So i think the extra cardio can't hurt. I'm going to do GYM SYLE: Chest & Triceps , I think I might do the timesaver too, Tanya!, and then HIS or LIS from 4DS.

I'm in a real bummer mood today :( , for lots of reason. .. .ugh...

Lori: A friend of mine ALWAYS does the PMC too. Though I've lost touch with her since she changed jobs. That's a TOUGH ride! I read that Sen. John Kerry is riding this year in honor of Ted Kennedy. That's so cool and touching...

You guys sound like you have good workouts going today...!!!

Good morning Ladies!!
Today is PS Strong legs and abs. I can't believe I forgot about the PS series, it's still as good as all the rest! I go really heavy but take longer breaks in between workouts. I'm doing this series next week but doing different body parts together. Then go to slow and heavy the following week.

Hi everyone! Just stopping by really quick to say "Hello." I hope you all are enjoying your day today! I've decided to do the Lower Body Solution Rotation starting Monday. I'm so looking forward to it! OHH, and yesterday I bought Imax2/C&W DVD!!! I'm so excited! Might buy another one soon. Maybe S&H? Don't know yet about that one. Enjoy your workouts everyone! I'll check back in maybe tomorrow really quick. It's hard to check in often when DH is home, since he doesn't like me to be on the computer when he's home cause he wants to spend time together :) I'll talk to you all soon!
 
Hi Everyone! Checking in with 4DS total body weights premix -- my hrm said I burned 560 calories. It's a crazy workout -- if you ever have time, try it!

Ivy, you are going to love imax 2! As some here know, I just recently acquired it and I'm so hooked on it.

Chris, I hope your day starts going better!! I know you are off to work, maybe even already by now.

I LOVE THAT. I have to do LaundryMax too but I'm trying to figure out a way to convince my DH to do it.

I finally figured out why I felt so bleh these last couple days and so irritable...I had that annoying monthly visitor. I'm actually only supposed to be limited 4x a year but every once in a while it decides to drop in unscheduled. But seriously though -- isn't knowing half the battle? Just realizing what was the cause makes me feel so much better and easier to deal with it.

Anyway, today I'm going to do a couple small workouts and then LIC. To warm up everything I already did the All Step premix from Step, Jump, and Pump. But here's the exciting part -- I kept the TV on so my DH would do the weights add on so I can slowly introduce him to the glory that is CF. Gosh, he looks so cute and sexy right now. LOL.

My plan was to take a 1.5 hour walk then come home and do Pyramid Upper. Forced myself out the door because it's hot as heck and humid. Had to drive a ways and it looked like it was going to rain, but the cloud cover and breeze felt so cool, and it took so much effort to get out the door I thought maybe it would be ok, but nooooo- about 15 minutes out it started raining. The rain felt really good, it wasn't storming, and I thought about continuing on but felt kind of silly, plus I wasn't sure how revealing my clothes would be soaking wet. Drove back home and did Pyramid Upper. A treadmill is on my Christmas list. Tomorrow's plan is IMAX 2, one of my favorites even though I have to modify a lot.
