Aug. Rotation/Lower Body Check-in 8/27

Good morning everybody!

Hope you don't mind me starting the thread. I did C&W this morning and plan on Body Max for tomorrow morning. Feeling a little trimmer, will see what the results are on Sunday when I measure.

Next week I start running and I can't wait!

Shopgirl, I am thinking the same thing too and that’s getting back with my running. I’m walked out ;o) Tomorrow morning, I’m going to jog an hour on my treadmill then legs. Not sure which leg routine I’ll do. Maybe Meaner Legs or PS legs & Abs. I shall see how I’m feeling after my run.

Last night, I didn’t workout, right after work I went and got my nails done, and ran other chores. By the time I got home, I was tired. So, I did a few things around my apartment, then watched me a movie.

Day 3/21 and all is well, no sugar. I don’t know how long this is going to last, but one day at a time, right! Have a great day all.

Hi Ladies,

I did SJP last night. It was rainy and cold out so I did not run. I have gotten legs in 3 times this week so far. I am going to try to get them in one more time.

Good job on making it to day 3 Teddygirl. You can do it!!!

I am off today and the kids are at school. It is quiet.. I am going to go for a 7 mile run and then do those fun walking lunges. I have to mow and do some yardwork this afternoon.

Hi Everyone,

Well to be honest, I didn't get my w/o done this morning because it was cold and rainy and I slept in. Was supposed to be CTX any cardio and abs. Maybe tonight I will do The Gauntlet or SJP, something that includes cardio, wts, and intervals.

So much for the no sugar thing, somehow I subconciously walked over, grabbed a handfull of mnm's and starting eating them. But so far that is all the sugar I've had today.}( Will try to be better the remainder of the day and take it one day at a time.

Good luck running, I'm enjoying getting back into as well.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did power circuit from CTX and added on the Hi/Lo section of 10-10-10. Tomorrow I think I will do IMAX and 200 walking lunges. Wow, that sounds like a lot!

My shorts are very lose today. I will be weighing tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I posted under the Ran 3.5 miles thread, but I'll do it here too.
I ran 3.5 miles again last pm for the second time, I ran 10 min. miles, is this good? I didn't push myself, I am going slow and being careful not to overdo it. I am reading the information on the coolrunning.com website, Wow! so much to learn and so little time.
I am going to start keeping a journal to see how I progress. I am already feeling a " little " difference and the scale says I lost 1 pound. I am going to have to start weighing weekly like CandiK so I don't get discouraged with all the fluctuating we do within the month. You guys are great! Not sure what I'll do tonight. I hope everyone has a great weekend, it's calling for rain here with us in Tennessee. I hope to run tomorrow before it does. Talk to you all Monday!
