Week 4 is going well so far. However, yesterday I got running on the treadmill and completed 4 miles while doing sprint/ recovery intervals and after stretching, there was no time for Leaner legs. So...
Today's scheduled WO is PUB and cardio. My modification will be PUB/PLB bonus combo to work upper and lower body and hopefully 30" cardio.
PS~ Count me in for working the LB 4 times per week and UP twice. I do want to give it 6 weeks at least.
PS again~ This check has been a great way to link with friends from all over with the similar goals. (I live in NY but close to Canada)
