Aug Rotation Lower Bod...8/25

Week 4 is going well so far. However, yesterday I got running on the treadmill and completed 4 miles while doing sprint/ recovery intervals and after stretching, there was no time for Leaner legs. So...

Today's scheduled WO is PUB and cardio. My modification will be PUB/PLB bonus combo to work upper and lower body and hopefully 30" cardio.

PS~ Count me in for working the LB 4 times per week and UP twice. I do want to give it 6 weeks at least.

PS again~ This check has been a great way to link with friends from all over with the similar goals. (I live in NY but close to Canada):D

Good Morning Judy and Everyone else:)
I am feeling much better today then I did last night.I probably could have slept longer but when there are things to be done....you have to get up:-( My little girl as gymnastics,opposite of the days I have to work early.So,needless to say,I never ever really get to sleep in.
Im not really in the mood to do S&H today.I figured I might do something else instead...fogetting that my laundry room/workout room is in a mess.The hot water pipes starting leaking a couple of nights ago so they had to move everything to get at it.Now I have to wait for it to completely dry before I can put everything back in its place.I am thinking that I will do a DVD in my living room.My choices are limited.It will have to be mainly cardio.
Anyhoo....hope everyone as a good workout.I am thinking about going for another run tonight but only if I have eaten 4 hours before.!x(

Man oh man, yesterday I was BAD and I mean Bad, I ate everything that wasn’t pin down. My day started out okay. After my workout last night, dear BF called and asked me to come over for dinner and a movie, and I did. On my way to his house, stopped and picked up a few things, to many things, cookies, chip, dip etc...ouch!

I ate the whole pack of fig cookies (like a mad woman) and ½ the bag of chips and ate dinner OUCH! I felted so bad after all was said and done. I just felted like my whole workout was in vain OUCH! Me and those dog gone sweets, I’m addicted. I guess I need to flush with tons of water today, maybe that’ll help. I weight in Sunday and need to be down 2 lbs.

Today’s workout, MIS Abs, Legs & Glutes & 16 laps.

I hear you Teddygirl .. I've had a few of those days recently.

Today has started out well. I did Boot Camp and feel great. Ate a good breakfast (egg beaters, cantelope, 1/2 Eng. muffin, glass of milk). Tomorrow, I have IMAX2, walking lunges, and abs planned. I'm changing Cathe's rotation a bit to get more cardio in.

I'm going to eat my words here, a couple of days ago I said as much as I loved Cathe's workouts, that I got better results from the Firm. Well this morning I got up and I can really see a difference from this rotation. The Firm never gave me muscle definition like this.

Hang in there girls. The weekend is coming.

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday was a 7.5 mile run. My plan was a 5-6 mile run, but the weather was soo beautiful I decided to enjoy it a little longer. I also got in 10 minutes of ab hits..

Tonight is SS lower body blast and a short run.. I don't want to do S&H.

Hi Everyone,

Well this morning was Leaner Legs and Abs. She just never gives us a break on this workout-but I really enjoy it. Will try to run later today if it is not too hot.

Teddygirl-same thing happened to me yesterday. The day started out great but for some reason I was especially hungry and ate all day long. Went over about 5 pts so used my flex points for those. Hoping today is much better, so far so good.

Hi Everyone,
Just between jobs now but I wanted to post what I did today.I ended up doing HSTA and Keri Andersons ab curl.
Eating as been really good today.Im going to try to not eat anything tonight after dinner.Thats when I can be at my worst.
