LAdies,
Do you guys have any suggestions on what to exchange for ctx legs and glutes, KPC, leaner legs, ab works.
I didn't buy these few they were older. I only ordered the newer ones.
I have gym style, slow and heavy, intensity series,pyramids, and the time saver.
Imax and cardiowith weights.
Any suggestions?

You can use Gym Style legs to sub for both Leaner Legs and Legs & Glutes.

By "CTX" do you mean the whole CTX series? Please explain.

I don't think Cathe has a workout or DVD called "Ab Works", but if you don't own the ab workout Cathe lists, don't worry, just sub any ab section you do own. For example, the abs/core sections on both Cardio & Weights and PUB are fantastic. With the I series, you also have the great abs/core sections on ME and Bootcamp. With these 4, you don't need anything else really, but you could add in when you want to the planks series from S&H.

KPC: there is no sub for this at all. Not unless you have Cardio Kicks, on same DVD as Circuit Max.

yes i didn't buy the ctx series. They looked older. figured i would go with newer. I did get the pure strengh dvd. Has some leg and ab work . I didn't review it yet . I never got to that one.
I have kick max wouldn't that be simillar as KPC?

Yes, you could swap Kick Max forKPC.

As for subbing for CTX: for the cardio, you could do any cardio from any Cathe DVD you have, intensely for 30 mins, since that's what the CTX cardios comprise. If it is the upper body weights section that you need to replace, consider the PUB and PLB for lower.

PS is similar to Gym Styles, but the Gym Styles are better: more comprehensive, more interesting rep speeds, use of dynaband for fine tuning, floor work for legs is fantastic and PS series is now outdated.
