Good Morning Everyone,
I hauled my butt out of bed before it was time today. I have to work at 12, so I need to start my workout by 9 ish. I am not sure what the workout its suppose to be today but I am in the mood to do HSTA.Not much cardio but it sure does get your heart rate up.And there is also alot of leg work as well.
I may try sqeeuzing a run in later today.I get a 3 hour break from work but I am not sure if I am up to doing my hair twice in one day!x(

Did CTX Upper body this morning, but didn't have time to do Body Fusion. I'll try to add that in later today, if not, I'll add it to my Sunday workout.
 
I pulled MIC out this morning and believe it or not, had a blast! I forgot how much fun this workout can be (as well as grueling). Was sweating buckets when I was done.

I also did the abs from Supersets.

I started SB diet on Monday. Have not weighed myself yet but I put on my jeans this morning and they are definitely more comfortable. I believe I am losing water, but that's okay because I know I have been retaining some. Interesting thing is that Wednesday I was starting to feel a little tired and was craving sugar x( . Was ready to give up. By yesterday, I was feeling very energetic and was satisfied with what I was eating. The same thing that happened to me last time I ate this way. I'll keep you guys posted.

Last night, I did MIS & Abs, man do I love this workout, my upper body is really sore. At first, I all most didn’t do it. When I got home from work, I was beat, I laid on my bed and couldn’t move. I was trying to talk myself out of it, because I was tired from looking at a computer all day long.

Then I started thinking, well you just missed a workout on Wednesday, hanging out with my sisters, and Friday you can’t workout. So, I got up around 8:00pm popped in MIS and pushed play and it was on.

Tonight is my official rest day, I’ve to work my PT job. Have a great day all.

Hello All & Happy Friday!
Last nite for me was CTX Upper Body & I substituted Circuit Max for Body Fusion! Wow. That was my first time doing that workout. It was tough, but good.
Tonite I am going to do the L&G that is required, but Saturday will be my rest day. I was going to sub IMAX2 for MIC on Sunday, but after seeing some of you say that it is fun, maybe I'll give it a try :)
Have a great weekend. I have some serious yard work to do ~ yuck!

Good idea Teddygirl -

I only did half of Boot Camp yesterday and slept in this morning, so I'm guessing a good dose of MIS tonight will cover my bases for both days. If I have any energy left, maybe a few intervals of IMAX2 just for added punishment.;-)

I've eaten horribly the past two days and need to get back on track. Hope everybody has a fabulous weekend.

Hi Ladies,

It was a 5.5 mile run for me last night and I am running today at lunch. I decided to not follow the rotation this week. I will pick it up next week with week 3, since I did complete the first 2 weeks. I had one of those weeks that things just did not go the way I wanted them to.. But, back on track...

Hi All,

Sounds like we are all struggling a little bit at the week 3 mark. PMS was unbearable this month and I missed a day and a half of work. I did manage Leaner Legs on Wed, and CTX Upper last night. Stayed up too late watching the olympics so didn't to L&G this morning as planned. Will try to go for a run at lunch and do L&G at home tonight.
