Problem with your email

We did receive your request, however, you need to check your email program. Everytime you send us an email we get at least 10 to 20 at a time and this pattern keeps repeating every few hours. This could indicate a virus on your system. Nevertheless, we do not send out new invoices. In fact, it may be several weeks until we even charge your card for the upgrade to DVD. When your order ships it will then have the new and updated invoice

Thanks for pointing it out. I will have someone check my system. I never realized that whenever I send an email, the receiver gets 10-20! Sorry about that. Anyway, thanks for the info and I will look forward to receiving the 3 DVDs. Would you know when the DVDs will be out? I read the videos will be out in August.

DVD's

Too early to say for sure on DVD's. Either August or September, with September being more likely. We will know more in a few weeks. Also, on your email problem, you may want to shut down your computer and reboot. Check your out box to see if anything is stuck in the "Q". The other possibility is a virus. The problem we are seeing is very similar to a "denial of service attack virus".
