I got home from work last night and felt like misery personified. Sat on my bed in my coat and scarf for a while, staring at nothing in particular. Went downstairs, stood in the kitchen, stared at the floor.
Dragged myself upstairs again, changed into workout gear and pulled out all my stuff.
I did Satan's Mish-Mosh. About 10 minutes in, my mood started to improve. By the end of it, I was banging out those squats and lunges with renewed vim and vigour!
I just wanted to say thanks for putting together a mish-mosh that dragged me out of the doldrums and got the endorphins rushing
