You don't really have to worry about fat grams if your only goal is losing weight. But try to control them within reason for your health.
OK so some of my favorite atkins meals:
Chef's salad
Chicken/tuna salad
Antipasto
Greek salad
Eggs (any kind--I love eggs) & turkey bacon/sausage
Steak/chicken/pork with asparagus or green beans
tomato & mozzarella salad
Lunchmeat rolls (roll up your favorite lunchmeat with your favorite cheese & condiment--a sandwich without the bread)
Cheese & bacon quiche--eat without the crust
Meatballs--yes, meatballs, just without the pasta
These are just some idea. I tend to eat on the fly & usually just stop in the prepared foods section or a local restaurant & pick up a ready made meal. After you do the diet for a month or two, what to buy becomes second nature.
