I have lost about 3 pounds and that was starting last ohhhhh I think it was thursday. I admit I slipped on saturday. I have been very draggy in my w/outs this week but the book says you might feel that way at first until your body adjusts. I am actually enjoying this. I have been on WW for the past year, so I have been eating way low fat. This is a nice change and it appears to be breaking my plateau.
