Art of Strength has a new DVD on preorder

I love the AoS w/os and do want to preorder but I'd also like to see a clip first. Right now I really don't have a desire to buy ropes or the bulldog dumbells but they do say it offers traditional KB routines in their place. But...I really don't need any more DVDs right now. :( What 's a girl to do?
 
Yeah I don't have nor plan to buy ropes. But I guess that is only on the bonus disk? A good way to get more people to buy ropes! Anyway. I feel I don't "need" it and unless they show a clip that makes me want it ALOT I may not get it. I'm broke as it is buying kettlebells and dvds the last few months.
 
Okay all this talk of KB WOs has me ready to finally take that plunge.

I went to our local Target but they don't have any KBs there so where else can I get them?

What would be a good place to start?

I'm going to pass on the dvd right now. I'm doing most of my kettlebell workouts outside in my yard or at the park so I probably wouldn't use it.

I have done the ropes and really don't see a great need for them right now either. I'd rather get a pull up bar installed in my backyard and a tire for tire flips.

Vilma, Perform Better is having a sale on kettlebells right now. They also have Art of Strength dvds on sale as well. You might want to start with the training dvd first (not sure if that one is on sale, though). I have a number of kettlebells that I bought from various places and I like the Perform Better ones the best.
