Arm Toning ?

Hi! I have a ? about toning my arms. I am 5' 1" (115 lbs), and my arms tend to look "pudgy"/bulky and not toned even though I work my arms regularly. I am currently in the middle of STS (Meso 2). I also have many of Cathe's other workouts (along with a mix of others). I'm looking for suggestions to get my arms to look more toned. Should I stick with STS weight recommendations (keep going higher), or do the exercises with a lower weight? If you have a build like me, and you found something that worked for you, please share. I do eat clean, am a faithful member of weight watchers, do about 5 cardio workouts per week (a mix of running and Cathe workouts). Any suggestions are welcome.

p.s. If you own Turbo Fire, have you noticed any results (more toned)? I plan to purchase it soon. I'm saving my pennies and selling some old workouts on ebay.
 
To get that slender more defined look (as opposed to building a muscular look) in the arms I've always found that the higher rep work outs like Slim Series, Jari or Jillian work the best. HTH! :)
 
Jen: I'm having the same issues as well. My arms tend to get that pudgy/bulky look and I wasn't sure whether that meant I needed to increase the poundage even more and go REALLY heavy or pull back the poundage and increase the reps. I've cleaned up my eating and am losing weight, so I've got that part of the equation down, but I just want to fine tune my strength workouts so I'm complementing what I'm doing with the eating.
 
JEN!!!! How ARE you?!?!? How is your BABY?!?! Not so baby anymore tho, huh? We've got TODDLERS now! How did that happen?!

KATE...Thanks for the reply. Aidan is doing great! He is VERY busy, but I like that. He is starting to talk a lot (right now he's pointing to our cat and yelling "TAT!!!!!!!!!!!"). My husband just opened the door for baby #3, so we'll see what happens. How are you and the girls?
