I had Total Cardio Kick and while I enjoyed it I eventually felt it was just too easy a workout and I sold it on eBay. It would be great for someone who was a beginner exerciser and/or new to kickboxing but if you're doing Cathe it will probably be too easy for you.
I have never tried Kick It. I do have her Hardcore Kickbox Circuit (which also features the hunky Guillermo Gomez) which is perhaps not as intense as a Cathe workout, but still fairly intense and lots of fun. In that one they use weighted gloves (which I don't have--I use light hand weights) to get a little extra upper body workout. I like this one well enough that now that I write about it I'm thinking about pulling it out and using it for my workout later this week.

I figured as much, that Janis Cardio Kicks would be too easy for mex( I did order Kick It, it's 60 minutes workout, this one reminds me of Strike Zone. Thanks again
