I guess that really is the question I have. Do you lift heavier weights on your own? Just curious to know. By the way I am new here and love your workouts. I will never look back! DH loves your Ab Hits as well. Have a great weekend.
Hi Juliemom! Welcome to the forum and thanks for your kind words.
The weights I use vary quite a bit. If I am in the gym and training with heavy weight, I lift quite a bit heavier than I do on the tapes (since I have a spotter or a safety device on a machine to allow me that option). If I am training moderate to heavy, that is pretty much the weight that I use on the tapes. Of course, all of this does depend on the exercise too.
