Are the 3 Gym Style workouts sold as a set?

I've looked through the bundles but I don't see the 3 Gym Style workouts being sold together. Just want to be sure I didn't miss them.

No, they are sold as individual workout DVDs and they are well worth the money.

I've been reading that they are quite well-liked. I have Slow and Heavy and I like those but I'm looking for something to mix it up.

There is something about the way they are set up that I really like.Cathe varies the exercises and the time seems to fly by. Back, Shoulders, biceps is one and Chest and Shoulders is the other. Also there is GS legs , a killer.

Collage video sells them as a set. It saves about $5, and possibly some shipping too.

Suggestion...bundled, separate, just get them. They are great. That's just my opinion.
