When I'm just normally standing on my step facing forward, the surface of the step is the exact length of my shoe, tip to heel. My shoe size is 9 1/2 to a size 10. Maybe you gals in the video just have small feet
Should I continue doing the moves such as the 'up and back', the 180 degree body rotation basic steps? I now have the strength and I don't feel its because of my lack of skill, but I sometimes land with my foot diagonal on the board so I know for sure my foot won't hang off. Is this a safe variation? I haven't had a problem yet but I'm wondering if I'm putting myself at risk.
I do have the shorter verson of the step used in the Cathe videos, the top is completely green with no trace of black. The All Step video came with it when I bought it, and Im not sure if the full size one would give extra space for long feet, in terms of standing on it and facing forward.
Any advice or information is appreciated. Thank you!
