Are arms like that possible with these videos?

I love Cathe's arms, but I am wondering if this video can give those kinds of results, or are those gym arms? I cannot afford a gym membership nor the time away from home, no sitter!! Would love to know!!!!!

I can definately testify

Hi,
I only use Cathe's tapes for strenght training and I have to say that my muscles are darn well near to perfection(Thank You Cathe)I love MIS but I have to say that I saw a dramatic change with the PS series so in answer to your ? absolutely yes you can have those wonderful, shapely well defined arms with Cathe's tapes.

TTFN,
Marisol

I agree!

Although my upper body does not look near as "cut" as Cathe's, the PS (and MIS) has done wonderful things for me. The change was dramatic and I LOVE wearing tank tops to show it off. And, besides that, I love doing them too. JMHO

Ditto!

Plus, if you are consistent, you will begin to see results fairly quickly, 3-4 weeks!

These tapes are worth their weight in gold

What kind of

rotation did those of you with good results use? I am doing the Firm rotation now, but when that is finished, I would love to do a Cathe strength rotation. Thanks.

I started with MIS.....

as a base for about 3-4 weeks, but since you have been using the Firm, you might not need to do that. Then I did each PS tape once a week for three months slowly increasing the weight when I could. Now I am (trying!) to do BodyMax and MIS each once a week, but I think I might go back to PS again because I miss them sooo much. At least until the new videos arrive anyway.

I started out using the PS series

I had been doing Kathy Smith's Secret of a Great Upper/Lower Body for a few months but when I discovered Cathe went straight to the PS series at first doing each tape twice a week then after about 8 weeks going to once a week. I've heard others say that a person should start with MIS and I'm sure that's good advice. I just know that the first serious strength training I did was with the PS series and it worked for me. I like the slower pace and the emphasis on modifying when you need to. For me the PS series allowed me more time to work up to the pace. As Cathe says, everybody's different. This was just my experience, "take it or leave it

You will love whatever Cathe strength trainig you decide upon.
