Arch Pain

Arch pain! After working out my arches hurt, they used to do this from time to time now it has become more frequent. I am wondering if I need a different shoe, I think my arches are normal to high, definitely not flat footed. Any advice on this topic?
 
Definitely try new shoes that will offer more support.

For post workout, try the golf ball trick!
Take a golf ball (or anything about that size) and roll it under your foot to stretch your arches out. Most arch pain is from the arch "collapsing". Stretching that out will help with the soreness for you.

I have plantar fascitis in my left foot and have struggled with arch pain for years. That trick works for me every time!
