Aqua Jock's Elite Step Interval Mish Mosh

Has anyone attempted this? I would like to attempt this after my back heals, as this seems like an awesome workout, although I used to despise Imax 3. I love the 15-15-15-15 mish mosh Aqua Jock put together - incredible how that makes my legs feel.

Looking forward to anyone's opinion... here's the workout from the Cathe compendium I had:

Imax 3 warm up
Imax 3 blast only
SB Blast Challenges only
Imax 2 blasts
BC Cardio only

TIA

I have done all of that minus SB challenge. Yeah, it's a nosebleed supreme mishmosh...cardio heaven ;) Not for the weak jointed.

Did I make that one up?

GOOD FOR ME!!!!!

(Actually, I'd forgotten about it. I may have to try it myself again this weekend. I remember it gave me pretty good pump when I did it the first time.)

you are too funny. I am definitely having fun with the mish-moshes! Thanks again - the 15-15-15-15 one makes my legs feel tired and spent, love it!

Thanks again!

I got a Sony 5-disc changer for Christmas and when I get my nerve up, I'm going to try some of these mish-moshes... (I need to get my affairs in order first;) )

For a newbie who isn't familiar with the mish-mosh's that Aqua Jock has compiled...where do we find these?

Thanks and Happy New Year!!!

Forgot to tell you I did this the first week of Jan. Whew! What a leg killer. LOVED it!!!! Thanks for putting these together!! I actually couldn't just do the SB blasts only, so I did the step combos between them as well. Crazy.

Thanks again! Send me any others! Do you have a list to email that has more then what's in the Cathe Compendium?

TIA

Hi, Tygra! Glad you're enjoying your trip to Mish-Mosh land! Actually, I don't have a list per se, but if you do an Advanced Search with "mosh" as the keyword, you'll be deluged with M-M's (not to be confused with S-M's). One little trick I've been playing with recently is the "Merry Go Round" concept, where you load several discs into your multi-disc player, and go round and round playing various selections from each disc in turn, coming back to the first disc and starting again with OTHER various selections, and so on. I put up a couple of threads with "Merry Go Round" in the title; if this appeals to you pull those up as well in your search.

An example of a Merry-Go-Round mish-mosh that I'll be doing tomorrow is as follows (required discs list first):

Circuit Max
Boot Camp (cardio only premix)
Kick Max (Blast Challenge)
Cardio Fusion (for the Drill Max segments)

Circuit Max warm-up and first hi/lo cycle; then
Boot Camp cardio only blasts 1-2; then
Kick Max blasts 1-3; then
Drill Max blasts 1-2; THEN

Circuit Max second hi/lo cycle (need to fast-forward thru weights);
Boot Camp blasts 3-5;
Kick Max blasts 4-6;
Drill Max blasts 3-4; THEN

Circuit Max third cardio cycle (floor kickbox; again, need to FF thru weights);
Boot Camp blasts 6-8;
Kick Max blasts 7-10;
Drill Max blasts 5-6.

Serious, serious cardio.

Enjoy!

Rose: I went into search and typed in Mish Moshes and a ton came up. You may have to spend some time reading through old posts to find them but some real good ones you can even add to them or take something out on your own. I printed them all and am having fun with them.
