April Rotation

Just a heads up. I just finished the Step and Interval section of Cross Train Express, the Challenge of Step Blast, and the abs of KPC. I never would have thought of putting them together but it was wonderful. What resulted was a 6 Interval workout that was novel and challenging. Try it if even if you are not following the rotation.
