Yes - I do have MIS and BMax - BMax only comes up once during the rotation, so I may do it for some variety today and some of MIS later. Thanks for your help!
Not Cathe, but I do believe she means all of it! If time is a problem due to the length of the tape I'm sure you could split it up or do what you can! Susan
I'm hoping to shake off 5 pounds of stubborn weight. Would this be a good rotation to do that with. Was thinking of trying to add an extra cardio each week to this one? thanks.
